Baked-only Crispy fries 🍟 that I battered in coconut flour, coco oil, cracked pepper and pink salt served with a smoky spicy tomato dip. For the dip, I blended sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, pink salt cracked pepper and chili pepper.
Here are my simple steps for creating the crispiest fries everrrr, without a dehdyrator:
1) Chop them into thin pieces ( I use my manual potato cutter for the perfect little shaped fries).
2) Mix the seasoning in a bowl: for this I used coconut flour, coconut oil, salt & pepper.
3) Properly dab the fries in that blend
4) Spread them on a baking sheet in a single file.
5) Bake for 40 minutes at 350F - flipping them half way through to crisp up in both sides.
6) For extra crispiness, I brush them lightly with a thin layer of coconut oil after 40 min and I leave them in the oven for an extra 5-7 minutes. Enjoyyy! ✘
Baked-only sweet potato chunks that I seasoned in avocado oil, cracked pepper and oregano herb 🍃🍃🍃 served with beetroot sauerkraut, chopped avocado, pink radish, bell pepper, kidney beans, chopped cucumber, cracked pepper, pink salt and fresh lemon juice on a bed of romaine lettuce. So, so delicious! ✘
Vegan “Cookie Dough” Banana Treats 🍌 🍌 🍌
The cookie dough has the consistency of a white chocolate almond butter, its heavenly!
In a food processor, I blended:
½ cup cashews, soaked (overnight)
3 tbsp of coconut flesh butter
¼ cup of raw coconut flour (or raw almond flour)
2 tbsp of coconut palm (or sometimes I use maple syrup)
Toppings: vegan carob chips, coconut flakes.So simple & tastyyyy! ✘
Raw Vegan Coconut Sorbet 🍃 I blended frozen thick coconut cream, coconut water, organic coconut sweetener, young coconut meat and finished it off with coconut shreds. It’s pure heaven!
